Manufacturing process

  1. Wheel Assembly & Welding
Using advanced automated welding technology, the wheel disc and rim are precisely joined to create a strong, durable industrial wheel. This highly controlled process ensures consistent quality and optimal structural integrity.
  2. Precision Machining & Surface Finishing
The centre bore is custom-machined to your exact specifications, while the wheel disc is finished to the required skimming diameter with exceptional accuracy. Every critical dimension is carefully measured and verified to guarantee a perfect fit.
  3. Drilling & Chamfering
Stud holes are drilled with absolute precision, perfectly centred in relation to the centre bore. Each hole is chamfered to ensure accurate assembly and a clean, professional finish.
  4. Inspection & Cleaning
Every wheel undergoes a thorough inspection. Sharp edges, welding residues, and any imperfections are carefully removed before the wheel passes through an automated cleaning process, leaving it ready for coating.
  5. Painting & Curing
Each wheel receives a high-quality primer coating for optimal corrosion protection. It can then be finished in any RAL colour of your choice, providing both durability and a premium appearance. After coating, the wheels are cured under controlled conditions for a long-lasting finish.
  6. Final Quality Control, Packaging & Shipping
Before leaving our facility, every wheel undergoes a final quality inspection. The wheels are then sorted by destination and packaged according to your specific requirements to ensure safe transport. Depending on your preference, shipments are delivered Ex Works (EXW) or Delivered at Place (DAP). Small production batches are typically ready for dispatch within approximately one week after order confirmation.
